Timesheets error

Timesheets error

Hello Simpro Support,

I use this endpoint to retrieve timesheets:
/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/employees/{employeeID}/timesheets/
And use this query parameters:
StartDate=2025-11-21
EndDate=2025-11-22
Includes=Job,Activity

It used to send the correct results for the dates but now is returns this error:
ERROR: Could not process your request. Please contact support.

If i do not use the query parameters and leave it null, it only returns the jobs and activity for today.
Am i doing something wrong?

Hi gmason,
Thank you for reporting this.

We've tested the parameters you mention to replicate the issue. It seems like the date parameters by itself are working as expected. Could you please try with the start and end date and remove the "Includes" parameter to verify.

When I use "Include=Job" I could recreate the 500 error response you reported. Adding quote to the list would return the expected response.

Code: Select all

?StartDate=2025-11-01&EndDate=2025-11-30&Includes=Job,Quote
Please see if you can change the parameters to get a successful response.

We will create a defect with the reported parameters so we can release a fix for this an a future release. Please note that I can not promise a timeline for this.

I removed the "Includes" parameter and this returns a successful response.
