503 Service Unavailable Errors for Specific simPRO Clients – Urgent

503 Service Unavailable Errors for Specific simPRO Clients – Urgent

Hi Team,

We are currently receiving 503 – Service Unavailable errors as JSON responses for certain API calls related to four specific simPRO clients.

Request you to please investigate this issue at the earliest.
