Simpro webhook - timeout policy

What is the timeout policy on webhook calls made by Simpro to our application's endpoint(s).
How long in time before it retries? That sort of thing.

The timeout should be set to 10 seconds

Thanks. Any documentation on this? Does it automatically retry?

Hi there,
There are no automatic retries on the webhook, you can re-process the message through the Premium suite UI.
