Job Cost Center Locks not deleting

Forum rules

Job Cost Center Locks not deleting

Hi there,

It would appear that job cost center locks are no longer deleting successfully.

When executing

Code: Select all

DELETE - /api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/jobs/{jobID}/sections/{sectionID}/costCenters/{costCenterID}/lock/
204 is being returned but the job cost center is still locked. Subsequent price changes via api are not succeeding.

This started happening in the last day or so.

Has there been a change to the way this works?

Could you please raise this as a ticket with the Simpro helpdesk. They will be able to check and try replicate this issue to verify and raise a ticket.

Please include your relevant information as build name and cost centers where this is happening.
