After I receive a webhook for site creation or site update, I want to know what user created or updated the site. I searched the forms for 'created by' but found nothing. I do see DateModified but not ModifiedBy or CreatedBy. Is there any way to get this information?

Information on who created a site is not available through the API. You would be able to see this in Simpro under sites and logs.
