Deprecation of SOAP API

Post by JohnSemmens » Mon Jun 16, 2025 2:07 am

Hi Guys,
I know the SOAP API is being deprecated, and we are working to towards eliminating it from our application.
But we a getting reports from some sites this morning ( Monday 16/6/2025) that the SOAP API may no longer be working.
The SOAP API queries appear to be returning empty result sets.
This appears to be the case in the Sandbox also.

Has the SOAP API deprecation schedule been brought forward ?
Best regards,
John Semmens

Hi,
There was an issue with the SOAP API yesterday but it's been fixed.
Please go through the support next time you are reporting a bug, it will escalate things faster.
Thanks.
