There might be a bug when setting the Primary Contact on an existing site.
Scenario:
1. An existing Site in Simpro has a primary contact
2. We send a PATCH update to the Site with the Contact ID of the new Primary Contact
3. Simpro removes the old Primary Contact and links the new Contact to the Site, however, it does not set them as the Primary Contact

Hi,
I can't see the primary contact from the details tab in your example. I tried recreating this on a site with an existing primary contact.

I updated the primary contact using the payload below and it was updated as expected on the site. If this is not happening in your case please raise this with our help desk who will recreate and verify the issue to create a case.
