Hi Team,

We have set up test readings for an asset type that includes approximately 35 test readings.

After completing the testing, we attempted to retrieve the test readings using the Job Work Order Asset Endpoint:

{{base_url}}jobs/:jobid/sections/:sectionid/costCenters/:costcenterid/workOrders/:workorderid/assets/

However, the response only returns 30 test readings per asset instead of the expected 35.

Could you please investigate this issue?

Hi,
The default page size returned is 30. Can you check the header info if there is a page two that contains the remaining data.

If you have increased the page size or page two is empty please create a ticket with our help desk so they can try to recreate the issue.

Hi Team,

The issue is not with the number of assets returned in the response—I understand that I can adjust the pageSize to retrieve more assets.

The actual issue is with the sub-data of an asset, specifically the asset test readings. Unlike assets, the number of test readings displayed cannot be controlled by modifying the pageSize.

For reference, I am using the following endpoint:

As shown in the documentation, TestReadings is an array within each asset:
