Hi
We have experienced a recent issue (in the past week) relating to searching for Catalogs items via a Custom field.
We have created a custom field named "WEB-FRIENDLY" which is of Type "List" and would only like to return Catalogs with a value in this set to "YES".
Through a bit of trial and error, we found the following API request to work perfectly:
/catalogs/?pageSize=100&page=1&CustomFields.CustomField.Name=WEB-FRIENDLY&CustomFields.Value=YES
This used to work perfectly until a few days ago, when it no longer returns 100 products and now only returns 15.
All Catalogs items still have the same Custom field and value. Changing the value to YES/NO for these products removes and adds them to results, but doing the same for Catalogs that are not in these 15 results (that are already set to "YES") does not re-add them to search results.
Has anything changed recently that has prevented being able to use this, or is there any other way we should be doing this?
Thanks

Re: Recent issue with Catalogs API search
Hi stoney123,
There should not be any recent changes to the custom field search.
The custom field named WEB-FRIENDLY will be set up and have the same ID for all catalogs.
Can you try to update your search to use the custom field ID instead of Name and see if that returns the expected results.
If you are still having issues please report this to our Simpro helpdesk with your build details, the endpoints and search parameters used and what is returned compared to what is expected. They will be able to investigate and create a ticket if necessary.

Re: Recent issue with Catalogs API search
Hi
Thanks for your help, but this still doesn't work. The field ID is 57 in our case, so we tried:
/catalogs/?pageSize=100&page=1&CustomFields.CustomField.ID=57&CustomFields.Value=YES
But this still only returns 15 results rather than 100. I will contact the helpdesk.
