API - Returned Status 500

Post by davetar » Sun Jan 12, 2025 10:51 pm

For one of my clients - when processing webhooks we are getting this error

SimproAPIException: GET on 'https://[company name].simprosuite.com/api/v1.0/companies/schedules/?Type=job&pagesize=250&Reference=215101-%25' returned status 500. Could not process your request. Please contact support

All the others work fine

The problem began yesterday and affects all of their webhooks. Something to do with not having permissions to access schedule we think.

What shoold we do?

Re: API - Returned Status 500 - URGENT update

Post by davetar » Mon Jan 13, 2025 8:32 pm

The status 500 problem accessing Schedule via API has not spread to 2 more of my clients.

Each can upload jobs back to simPRO, but they can no longer download jobs as the Schedule is blocked.

This proves it is not a security config issue for the client - but something changing on the simPRO side

Can someone please respond?

The status 500 problem accessing Schedule via API has no3 spread to 3 more of my clients.

Each can upload jobs back to simPRO, but they can no longer download jobs as the Schedule is blocked. These 3 worked yesterday, but this morning all are experiencing identical errors.

This proves it is not a security config issue for the client - but something changing on the simPRO side

Can someone please respond?

Hi

I think we are seeing a similar issue on schedules - 'Could not process your request. Please contact support.' It only started a couple of days ago.

Hi,
A fix for the issue of filtering schedules by parameter was released yesterday.
