There is an issue in the API related to retrieving pseudonymised employees.
They aren't returned via the retrieve all employees endpoint (/api/v1.0/companies/4/employees/)
and can only be retrieved via their specific ID (/api/v1.0/companies/4/employees/{ID})
i.e there are 100 employees in a company, if 2 are pseudonymised, the /employees/ endpoint returns 98 results

I'm not familiar with the pseudonymise function, this is not available through the API but there are some references in our Simpro documentation.

As described, all references are removed and their login credentials are deleted so they will not be returned on a regular GET query. Please note that regular archived employees are also not returned on the GET endpoint, only if you specify Archived to be false.

As the references to the pseudonymised employee is removed they can't be retrieved when getting data in the list view. With the correct ID the record can still be retrieved directly.
