HI everyone,

Anyone else not getting recent job log entries via the API? We work with different clients using job log and we seem to not have any entries as of last week (some have log entries up to 19th October, some 21st and one 25th). Wondering if that's related to the log changes..?

I have already logged a ticket, but just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue

Thank you for reporting this.

There were new job audit logs introduced in Simpro recently and as you mention there were some issues with the data returned in the API endpoint which was fixed as soon as possible when it was made aware to us.

Thanks Simpro API Team. we have noticed some related issues where the call to job log api hangs (spinng wheel) for some URL calls for specific simpro companies. We have logged another ticket today with screenshots/examples
