Found issue with API

Post by johntrickett » Fri Oct 18, 2024 11:32 am

Good afternoon,

I've been testing using the enterprise-sandbox-uk build, and noticed something unusual on the /api/v1.0/companies/:companyID/customerAssets/ endpoint.

When performing the List all customer assets with sites request against company ID 2, there is a successful response but with an empty array - despite there being records there. If I then perform the /api/v1.0/companies/:companyID/customerAssets/:customerAssetID GET request on a record, I can see the data.

To replicate the issue:

buildUrl = https://enterprise-sandbox-uk.simprosuite.com
companyId = 2
customerAssetId = 607

This shows in the retrieve request but not in the list request. It's not consistent across companies. Obviously not an issue if it is only restricted to sandbox - but if this impacts production builds it could be problematic.
