Forum rules

Issue Adding attachments to jobs and plant and equipment

UPDATE - It looks like we can't add attachments manually either to the jobs or plant and equipment. I've reported to support who replicated the issue and they are raising with the development team. It's on a sandbox build so hopefully should be fixed soon.

Hi

We have an issue with attachments being sent via the API. We are seeing a seeing an issue where we send attachments to jobs and separately to plant and equipment items but they do not appear on Simpro. Are you seeing any errors or delays on your side? We also update custom fields via the API for plant and equipment and this seems to be working so it isn't a connection issue.

Can you please share your build details and API request details via private message to confirm if its effected only sandbox build or other builds as well.

I sent a PM yesterday. Is there an update on this as we have an event scheduled tomorrow to demonstrate our system and need the attachments API to be working.
