Hi,

I'm having some issues with receiving webhook events.

I'm having a workflow trigger when the job status is updated to a certain status.

However, when I bulk update a number of job to that status (8 jobs to be exact) only the most recent one is picked up.

Is there a limitation with webhook that doesn't work with bulk updates?

There should not be limitations to the webhooks if you are doing updates on individual jobs.

How are you doing the update, is it through the API or Simpro? Also are you using our PATCH multiple function or are you updating the jobs separately but in succession?

Hi Simpro Team,

An end user is multi-selecting jobs in the job list within the Simpro platform. Then they are going to the bottom of the page (see image attached) and bulk updating the status of the selected jobs.

My integration is using the Simpro Webhook with the "job.status" event set to pick up on status changes. However, if they update 8 jobs using the method, I only pick up a change for the last job in that selection. For example they updated the jobs with id's 001, 002, 003 and I only receive the update for job 003 with i'd want to know all 3 have been updated.

Thank you for providing more details.

I have tested this in my side and I can see that it triggers webhooks for each of the jobs being updated through the bulk update functionality. I've tested with both Status and the job stage.

Can you see that the status is actually being updated in the jobs in Simpro?

There has been some webhook delays and errors but that should be sorted now. Could you please test again and if there are issues please send us a private message with your build name, company ID and jobs that has been tested so we can try to recreate it.
