Deleted Payments

I am trying to retrieve information on a deleted payment, after I receive the webhook notification that it was deleted.
I tried using the 'Archive=true' parameter with no luck, in two ways:
companies/2/customerPayments/?Archived=true&ID=12345
companies/2/customerPayments/12345?Archived=true
Is there some other way to get information on the deleted payment? I am trying to get a bunch of information like the invoice,customer,amount, etc.
