Multiple API keys required?

Post by aquatrust » Fri May 03, 2024 9:37 am

Hi
We have recently used Zapier to bring in quotes from our CRM system to Simpro. Since implementing this, our integration with eForms appears to be having multiple issues. Do we need multiple API keys / users to have more than one integration point and if so, how do we go about this?

Hi,
We would recommend setting up different API credentials in Simpro for your different services using the API.

This can help avoid problems when both are used and you can track which integration has done changes in Simpro by giving them different names.

If you are using API keys you can easily create a new API application with the right type in your Simpro settings.
