Webhooks - Not Sent

Forum rules

Webhooks - Not Sent

Hi,

We've setup a couple of webhooks in simPRO for Contacts, Customer Companies & Individuals.

For some reason there are large delays in when the webhook is sent / this isn't consistent.

Also we note it takes roughly 40 seconds minimum for a webhook to be sent, is that normal?

cleanairtech.simprosuite.com

For example: one customer company record, was created at 3:50 pm then it was only sent via webhook at 4:04pm.

Hi Blake,
We've had some periods lately with very high webhook traffic and this caused delays for all customers. It's currently being processed as normal without any delays.

All webhooks are going through a queue before being sent and there may be delays but they should all be processed.

Hi Sindre,

Is there anyway we can get notified of delays or expected duration before a webhook is sent?

Hi Sindre,

No worries, any plans to include this in the future? Or over API see a list of "my webhooks in queue"?

Is there any other way of a user to be able to checking pending webhooks (other than the webhook logs tab)?

Hi Blake,
Currently the webhook logs is the only way to check the status of triggered webhooks.
