Webhook subscriptions not sending

Hi there,
We have several webhook subscriptions set up. In the last few hours it seems like none of them are firing.
When I look in the webhook log all the new events such as "quote created" and "job created" among others are not showing in the webhook log as sent. Instead these are showing up with the "webhook status" set to "not sent". And looking at the service on the other end of the webhook it shows no recent activity.
Any advice on what to do do here or what webhook status not sent means would be appreciated.

Hi,
There has been some periods with long delays for webhooks lately due to extremely high volumes of traffic.
The queues has been cleared and webhooks should currently be delivered as normal. Please check your logs again now to see if all events are set as sent.

I hope you are well.
I wonder if you could help us with a problem we are facing with our webhook subscription.
We stopped receiving webhook notifications on 22-Dec-23 after the SSL certificate behind our webhook server was automatically renewed.
When you check in the Setup / API / Webhook logs page, you can see the following message next to all the events:
"error:0A00018A:SSL routines::dh key too small"
Could you please advise?

I am not aware of this error or what might cause it.
Can I suggest you test your webhook subscription by using a standard webhook test site such as
https://requestinspector.com/ or similar. Do this by updating the webhook url in your subscription.
If you can receive your webhooks on that site the problem would be somewhere on the receiving end. If there are still issues please post here on the forum and we will help investigate further.
