I raised an issue that is affecting our productivity and profitability and no one seems to care. I tried to contact simpro support and they're telling me to post in this forums. I posted last week and was only getting response every 48 hours. IM LOSING MONEY AND NO ONE IS CARING. ARE THERE OTHER PEOPLE HERE WHO CAN HELP ME OTHER THAN PREMMARKELI AS HE SEEMS TO BUSY TO RESPOND TO ME. AGAIN IM LOSING MONEY AND NO ONE IS HELPING ME. I NEED URGENT HELP BUT NO ONE IN SIMPRO CARES
