Job Attachment limit

Job Attachment limit

Hi,

I'm just wondering what the limit is for uploading job attachments. Is it approx. 6MB?

We've been getting intermittent Function.ResponseSizeTooLarge responses, which we're trying to explore different options.

Also, if the API has a request limit, are there any other alternatives of uploading large attachments?

Hi iconone,
There is no attachment limit that I am aware of in the API. I tested uploading an 8 mb attachment on a job now without issues.

There is a time limit of 60 seconds but the error message should reflect this.

If you keep having problems can you try with a test file of the same size and include your POST data and the error messages returned here so we can have a closer look.

That's ok - even a 60 second limit could be an issue since some other potential attachments are over 100MB (before compression, which we will do).

We have other options to make what we are trying to do, work.
