Whenever I add a CSV file to a site or job, I cannot open it through the API for quite some time.

I can open it through the browser, but I need to run some automation on it and I just get the error

Could not open file for attachment.

But if I try later on or the next day, it does open.

I haven't noticed it doing this for other file types, just CSV.

Hi Ian,
I have tried to find possible reasons why you might have problems with CSV files in particular but all files should behave the same.

There can be a short delay between a file is uploaded and when it is available due to load balancing between different servers when using the API but this should be minimal and something you might be able to compensate for in your code by having a small delay before retrieving the file.

If you should continue to have problems please send me a private message with some more details on your build name, how you upload the CSV files, how large the files are and your query trying to retrieve the data again.
