Hi,

We've been experiencing periodic 502 errors when trying to connect to the quotes endpoint.

I can supply the endpoint, timestamp and our logs on request but would rather not do that on an open forum.

If it's just a load issue are there times we should avoid hitting your API when you are particularly busy? Is there a scheduled maintenance window we should avoid?

If you are still experiencing problems please send me a private message with your build details, the endpoint and an example of a request that has failed.

If you have a log please include that as well and we can have a look.
