Hi Team,

We successfully connect Zapier to Simpro and were using it to notify Zapier when a new Schedule was created. This has been working perfectly for a few days however since 12:30pm on 31/01/23 the zapier stopped recieving data from simpro. I have spoken to simpro support and we have disconnect and reconnected the services, tried new zaps and had no luck.

Is there something wrong with the simpro to zapier connection at present?
Is there a way to see if the data is being sent from simpro? Ie Log?

Need assistance asap!

Webhooks are all down.... I called support and they didn't help.

We have double checked and webhooks seems to be firing as normal.

Could you please send me a private message with your build details, the webhook that is not working and what you were trying to update/expecting to receive.

We haven't noted other reports of Zapier not working with simPRO recently. Could you please send me a private message with your build details, the endpoints affected and some screen shots of the errors you are receiving to help us troubleshoot.

I have couple of Webhooks setup on my custom integration system and they are not working today. Is there anything happening.

Hi everyone, we're getting similar issues here. Webhooks are not sending from SimPRO, even when testing in requestcatcher or similar websites. This seems to affect AU only accounts, US and UK accounts seem alright.

No webhooks are being sent for our AU-instance either.

Our instance is an AU instance and none of our are working. Hopefully will be able to be sorted soon.
