Is there any way to use the /multiple option against responseTimes to mass add them to customers?
I get invalid route when I try with customers/responseTimes/multiple/ so i'm assuming no, but I have nearly a million records to do this for so figured using /multiple and doing them in chunks would be more expedient!

Re: responseTimes Multiple
Hi alphagareth,
I did a couple of tests on our side and it should work fine posting several response times on one customer with the endpoint below.
/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/customers/{customerID}/responseTimes/multiple/
Be careful not to add the same ResponseTime ID several times as it can not create duplicates on one customer and add multiple records in this format:
[
{
"ResponseTime": 0,
"Days": 0,
"Hours": 0,
"Minutes": 0,
"IsDefault": true
},
{
"ResponseTime": 0,
"Days": 0,
"Hours": 0,
"Minutes": 0,
"IsDefault": true
}
]
Regards

Re: responseTimes Multiple
Thanks Sindri, I was hoping to add to multiple customers in one go. The excel importer doesn't cover responseTimes so was looking for a quickish way to catch up. I'll just ask my team to add the response times in as they receive calls, its all good
Thanks for checking for me!
