Excel- CustomFields

Morning,
Question for any Excel super users
I am throwing a report on Open quotes together to automate a weekly send. It is a combination of Quotes and Leads delivered as a Summary and as 5 individual subsets.
For now I'm using Excel and for the most part it works fine.
I do however have multiple custom fields and they are causing issues.
In the below code (last line) I would like to extract for example just the value for Custom field 38 the documentation on this is lacking and I think a day of googling is plenty.
Any help would be appreciated
