simPRO API Forum

We are using simpro API to create leads in the simpro our account when user submitting the forms in our website. But few leads was not created in simpro at the times between 1:15 and 1:23pm AEST on 23rd October 2021.

We checked in logs and found "504 Gateway Time-out. The server didn't respond in time." error in the logs

We haven't found any incident on that given time, the response could be because of high traffic which could result in 504.

High traffic on your end or our website?

Since it happened while posting leads through simPRO API, I believe high traffic on our end may have resulted in 504.

Can you take any action on your end to don't repeat this issue again?

We are facing "500 Internal Server Error" response for few leads since last week again. Can you please check again on your end and let us know permanent solutions for this?
