Forum rules

Create invoice for job created through the API

Hi,

We are developing an integration with Shopify and as part of this, a new job gets created every time a new order is placed.

We also want to create a paid invoice and attach it to the job. When we try to use the "Create New Customer Invoice" POST action, we get an error message saying "This job is currently opened by Alex Stam. Please try again later". What is the requirement for invoicing a job?

A similar issue has been recently reported and we are working on it. To help us determine if you are experiencing the same issue can you please sent the details of the workflow in a private message. Please include the api request and authentication method (Authorization code, implicit, api key etc).
