simPRO API Forum

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum and was guided by the SimPro support guys for seeking assistance with converting our current SimPro 10.10.2 environment (Ubuntu 11.04 on a physical server) to a Virtual Machine hosted on a HyperV.

Reason for the conversion:- Physical server is quite old and not reliable. No official support available for this version.

As per my research on google, I have noticed HyperV can only support Ubuntu 14.04 or higher builds so I"m looking for someone experienced to help me out. Please let me know if you have any questions and I'll try my best to answer it.

Hi Pranav,
The old simPRO version 10 on-site servers are no longer supported, we only support our current cloud based SaaS product. It is possible your old system could be upgraded to the current version running on our own managed infrastructure. Call you local simPRO team to discuss the options around this.
