Hi I am trying to find a solution to the situation where the same email address is used for multiple customers & a third party platform uses email as a unique identifier. I am specifically referring to creating contacts in Hubspot where Hubspot uses the email address as its unique identifier field. Any help, tips or pointers are appreciated. Cheers

Hi BradLegassick,
if both simpro and hubspot already have existing contacts, the best is to download them both into a local machine then compare/filter out those contacts before push to Hubspot.
If there is no contacts in Hubspot, then you can just download simpro's contacts to a local machine and filter out duplicate emails/contacts.
cheers,

Hi Rick
thanks for your reply. Is there any way to prevent duplicate email addresses being used in simPRO? I know that you get an alert display indicating that the email address is already in use, but you can still use the same email address. Thanks
