Simpro Site Export?

Hi team,

I'm in the process of building integration from Simpro to an on-premises database using the https://api.simpro.co/ API, could you please confirm the following:

1. One of the requirements is to synchronise Site records in Simpro, is there a method on the API that gets unexported sites just like AccRecContactRetrieveExport, JobRetrieveExport etc.?

2. When trying to retrieve Job for export (JobRetrieveExport), I keep getting 500 Internal Server Errors, the request payload I use is below:

Can you please advise if it's looking correct?

3. Is there a plan to deprecate the https://api.simpro.co/ API anytime soon?

Hi Harris,

Thank you for your message, it's likely you have never export any jobs before and there are too many of them, hence the system timed out itself (500 error).

if you are buiding a new integration we highly recommended you to use our new API:
http://developer.simprogroup.com/apidoc/

We do not have any developer maintaining the old API unless there are any critical issues.
