Team, this is like my daily ritual now, to jump on simpro devops forum and complain about webhook apis.
I know you are working towards a stable platform, but i do need some conversation regarding a solution.
Are you confident you will be able to resolve your stability issue?

If Apis are delayed then it means my product will STOP working. This is not acceptable to me. Is there any SLA on your webhooks?

I am sorry but I am really frustrated.

Hey Tarun, was about to consider using webhooks. What types of issues are you facing?

- delays?
- stops randomly?
- losing messages?

One of the webhook subscription was not able to deliver the messages to the defined callback URL. The URL kept responding with 500 error, I believe that issue has been resolved or the subscription is disabled. We haven't seen any failure/delay since yesterday.

Yup , having a similar issue , the web hook response is delayed by 20 -25 minutes or sometimes there is no response at all, could anyone from the simPRO team please respond on this thread once the issue is resolved?

We are monitoring the message delivery and making improvements to the delivery system to fix delays. In a meantime can you please send me your build URL in a private message.

Just a quick note. Our webhooks seem to be working well in the daytime. I've just checked out of curiosity and our last webhook notification was at 19:49 but I can see in the simPRO logs that there were two job updates at 21:08 that haven't triggered. Is there an evening cutoff point that we don't know about?

Thanks @Muqeet , its working fine now , I guess it was due the simpro server downtime(AU/NZ) .
