Hi,

We do have webhook API setup from simpro to an ec2 instance on AWS.
This functionality was working a few months ago.

Now we are trying to use the webhooks, but looks like simpro is not sending any information when we update a job.

We have done testing using a third-party webbin as well and seems like an issue at simpro.

Let me know if I can get help on this.

There hasn't been any reported issue with webhooks atm. Please send me your build URL in a PM, I ll check that out.

API working, looks like simpro brought more trigger options for API trigger, and we didnt have schedule update as a trigger which is why simpro was not sending the API.

I'm having a similar issue with not getting any data from the APIs since 07:44BST today. I'm receiving the hooks but there is no data in them. Is this what was happening to you?

We are seeing a similar issue. Not webhook data between 7:50am this morning until 2:14pm this afternoon.

Mine has come back again at 14:13.

It would be nice to be informed when there is a delay. If they put something on https://status.simprogroup.com/ where the other system status information is.

It's actually pretty serious as for instance we use the webhooks on the jobs to create jobs in a partner system and to update them as well. If the webhooks go down for six hours that's a lot of job data that isn't being transferred so the systems will no longer be in sync. It could be that those updates are being queued somewhere and can be released or they are completely lost - this information is crucial so that we know how to proceed.

It would be really nice if development team can respond. unstable webhooks are not doing any favor to anyone.
Yesterday 2pm webhooks were working and 9pm AEST all events were delayed to midnight. 3 hours - Any explanation? This isnt stable and no notification. Was it a routine maintenance? Was it an outage? Really frustrated, hope we can get a closure and a stable feature

We are investigating the webhook outage issue which happened last night. Webhook notifications are up and running atm. However if you are still having issues PM your build to me.

sorry for the issue, we just talked to our infra team and the problem was caused by our webhook message dispatching service (it got stuck somehow), the process was restarted 7 hours after.

We are now implementing a separate process to monitor the service to make sure it can be resolved asap if it happens again.

We also have plan to migrate the service to a more stable/powerful environment so it will run better in the future.
