Appreciate Rick, it feels good when issues are acknowledged and a corrective step is taken to avoid future incidents.
My app heavily relies on webhooks to work, i hope we do not see such issues again.
Its all working fine at the moment.
Thanks

Re: Web Hook Api not working
Thanks for the update Rick. I'm assuming that all that data is lost rather than queued. Bit of a nightmare as we'll now have to replicate ourselves from the logs.
Part of the problem with the webhooks could have been caused by the number of triggers generated on job updates, as per our request in the features area if the jobs could be narrowed down to specifics like stage/status changes then the system wouldn't need to send so many webhook notifications out and our systems wouldn't need to query the simpro database as much. Right now we get notifications even for small text changes made by admin staff. It could help resolve some of your performance issues.

Thanks Michelle for your suggestions. We do have plans to work on more granular events then simply update event.

This is still an issue, webhooks appear to have failed again
Re: Web Hook Api not working
It's working for us, are you sure it's not something else?

Re: Web Hook Api not working
We've been seeing webhook alerts pretty much every minute since 8:11am this morning so the service is definitely working but there could be something specific to your build or setup causing the issue. I would DM Rob or Muqueet a with specific examples. I hope it gets resolved soon for you.
