API key with data restricted to specific customer

Forum rules

API key with data restricted to specific customer

Hi there,

Does anyone know if its possible to issue an API key to a customer which only allows that customer to see their own data?

I suspect not, but thought I would ask anyway.

I appreciate the 'correct' way to do this would be to pull all data into a warehouse and then just provide the customer with their own views.

Simpro API keys are specific to each build. You can only use an API key issued to Company A to retrieve data from Company A
