I have only one question.
For a quote, the value "IsClosed" represents the archived status of that quote. Please confirm this, if possible.
We want to skip all archived quotes when syncing quotes for a company. Will monitoring only this status suffice, or should we combine it with any other field?
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Re: Confirmation on "Isclosed" field in Quotes
Hi,
Thanks for checking in on this.
To confirm: "IsClosed" is not the same as "archived." A quote's IsClosed value is true in two different scenarios — when a quote is archived, and also when a quote is won and converted into a job. So filtering on IsClosed alone would cause you to skip won/converted quotes as well, which is likely not what you want.
To reliably identify only archived quotes, filter on quotes where IsClosed is true and an ArchiveReason is present. Quotes that are IsClosed = true with no ArchiveReason are won/converted quotes, not archived ones.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Regards
