Filter archived recurring jobs

Post by caine » Mon Feb 17, 2025 12:11 am

Pretty sure there used to be a field for Archived true/false.

Currently I can't see a way to filter by archived/non archived recurring jobs?
Or even to check once the jobs list has been received which are active/archived.

Hi Caine,
There is no easy way to see Archived/deleted recurring jobs through the API. I investigated this and I can not see any evidence of this having been available in our RestAPI previously.

The BI has an "Archived" field which is just a date or null.
Would it be possible to add this to the API, it makes sense for the recurring job list to be filterable by Archived/Non Archived just like the UI.

If we are to batch apply a 4% increase to all jobs then you'd only want this increase to be applied to active jobs.
If I wanted to get a list of all recurring jobs I'd need to know which of those are active.
