PDF Files Not Opening on Mobile Devices in Simpro

Dear Simpro Support Team,

I am reaching out to escalate an ongoing issue that has been affecting our engineers' ability to access site-related PDF attachments through the Simpro mobile app. Despite installing file viewer applications on their devices, they continue to receive the error message, "There is no application installed to open that file."

This issue is causing delays in our project workflows, as these documents are essential for our on-site activities. Could you please investigate this matter urgently? It would be helpful to know if there are any specific file viewer compatibility requirements or additional steps we need to take within Simpro to resolve this.

We appreciate your immediate attention to this issue, as it is impacting our team’s productivity. Please let us know if you need any further details to assist in troubleshooting.
