Hi,
Our SimPro is configured to have a field to store a "Scheduled Date", this is when we expect an engineer to attend a job. When I execute a GET request for a job no data comes back detailing the scheduled field, meaning i cannot find out the scheduled date through API.
I was wondering if anybody had a solution to this?

Hi Owen,
Is this a custom field that you have setup yourself? If so you can retrieve the data under the custom field endpoint.
If this is something that has been configured especially for you it won't be available through the public API.
If you are unsure please share a screen shot of your Job screen with the scheduled date field and build name on a private message.

Hi there,
I didn't make clear what I wanted to find, apologies.
I want to be able to find the date / range of time, that an engineer is scheduled on a job.
For example job "2201387" has engineer X scheduled for 10-12.
Hope this is a bit clearer.

Hi,
The schedule information is not available directly on jobs in the API.
In Simpro the schedules are created directly on each cost centre on the job. You can find the same in the API, schedules are shown on each individual cost centre.
Try this endpoint and see if it has the data you are looking for:
