500 Internal Server Error when accessing /api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/sites/{siteID}/assets/{assetID}/testHistory/

Hi,

First post here, please be gentle
This morning the /api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/sites/{siteID}/assets/{assetID}/testHistory/ route is throwing a 500 error. When testing in postman i am getting the following response:

<h1>Slim Application Error</h1>
<p>A website error has occurred. Sorry for the temporary inconvenience.</p>

All other routes seem to be working fine.

Is this a known issue?

I was unable to replicate the issue, can you please share the build details and end point used in a private message so we can further investigate what might be causing issue.

We are also seeing this exact same error across 29 different Simpro builds so this is not an isolated case.

Issue seems to be resolved now. Thanks!

The issue seems to have returned. The route is working intermittently, maybe 25% of requests work but the rest result in the slim application error.

We are also encountering this issue on all our testing and customer builds. It appeared to be somewhat working this morning (though it was mixed in with Slim errors), but as of roughly half an hour ago, it has stopped working all together.

The fix for the slim application error on

has now been updated and released and it should be working as expected again.
