Hi Team,
Our company is using Ezzybills to automate subcontractor invoices. We have a cost centre in SIMPRO "xSubcontractors" which allows us to export the contractor's invoices to Xero to the correct account code.
However, it appears that the linkage between Ezzybills and SIMPRO is not established as the contractor invoice export from Ezzybills to SIMPRO doesn't pick up the right account code when it is exported to Xero.
can you please examine the connection?
Thank you !

Re: AWB CO - Xero account code
Hi,
This forum is for the Simpro RestAPI.
I'm not sure how you have set up your integration with Ezzybills. Have you used a third party integration partner they might be able to help you. Alternatively contact our Simpro support who might be able to help you in the right direction.

Re: AWB CO - Xero account code
Hi Shuling
I can see that you have raised a case with our Support team. The forum is the correct place to post such questions, however I recommend that you contact Ezzybills as from what I can understand it is their application that is pulling data from the Simpro api framework. I am not aware which Simpro endpoint Ezzybills are using to extract the data, nor what data is in their request. Would you please ask Ezzybills to investigate how they are managing the extract of data from Simpro into Xero and request them to post their questions here specific to the endpoint.
Regards
Nige
