Forum rules

Significant Webhook Delays

Hi there,

We are experiencing a significant delay in receiving webhooks. This began soon after midnight Brisbane time and soon blew out from 7 seconds (average) to 20 minutes, eventually reaching over 5 hours. About 9 o'clock we received an tidal wave of webhooks and the time delay dropped to about 20 minutes, but it has gradually risen and is now over 68 minutes again.

This is impacting UK, Australia/NZ, and also the laserPRO users from O'Briens.

Is this affecting anyone else?

As of now - 12:52pm here in Sydney, the webhook delay is at okay levels, averaging 15 seconds in webhook delay.

Over the last 12 hours it blew out to a 5 hour delay.

Its an anomaly we'd like to understand - does anyone have any idea oh what has caused this? I'd like to ensure we are able to inform our mutual clients if events like this occur in the future so they know what to expect during delays.

Thank you for reporting this.

The problems with delayed webhooks should be fixed and delivery time is back to normal.

Hello Sindre

We are having Webhook delays again this morning - currently at 53 minutes. It was 66 minutes at 7am. Can you tell us what is going on?
