SECURITY TOKEN FOR API CALL - NOT FUNCTIONING

We ahve an automatic process that exchange data using API.

One part is getting a security token from your site on hourly basis.

That part has been failing since 18 hours ago with no error message.

It had failed late Tuesday and recovered on Wednesday morning.
However, it failed again 18hours ago and has not recovered

It's been working fine since September.
