[Released] Webhook - Job Stage - COMPLETE is not triggering

[Released] Webhook - Job Stage - COMPLETE is not triggering

Hi,

I have a webhook subscription that monitor job stages changes. The settings is ON for Pending, Progress, Complete, Invoiced and Archived.

I have tested this over and over and i can confirm that Complete is not triggering my webhook.
Original Destination Triggered Result
Pending (10:20 AM) Progress 10:21 AM Success
Progress (10:22 AM) Complete NO FAIL
Complete (10:30 AM) Archive 10:33 AM Success
Complete (10:33 AM) Pending 10:35 AM Success
Pending (10:36 AM) Progress 10:37 AM Success
Progress (10:39 AM) Complete NO FAIL
Complete (10:55 AM) Archive 10:56 AM Success
Archive (10:57 AM) Pending 10:58 AM Success
Pending (10:59 AM) Progress 11:00 AM Success
Progress (11:08 AM) Complete NO FAIL
Complete (1:22 PM) Archive 1:23 PM Success

Can someone please help me with this?

I have been monitoring that post for a good week now and it has not moved.
Can you please provide an update on whether this is fixed or not?
or provide a guestimate on when are you aiming to release the update?

Hi,

Yes this issue has been addressed and we are aiming for next release.
Here at simPRO, we try to release every fortnight and the last release update was made on 1 Nov 2021.

Did this patch get released? I can't see anything regarding it in the API release notes. There hasn't been a release since November 1st which was over a fortnight ago.

I'm going to need the Job Stage - Complete trigger for a new integration as well.

Hi Premmarkeli,

I have revisit this issue once more and was so excited to read that this has been addressed.
Unfortunately, that is not true. COMPLETE Job status is still not triggering.

I have tried to set COMPLETE status for a job numerous times to no success.

Please help to take a look at it again.
