[Intermittent] REST Api - 500 - Internal Server Error

Good day,

We have started experiencing an 500 - Internal Server Error returned occasionally from Simpro for various requests, but not every time.

I have sent a private message to Muqeet with the build URL

I've been getting a lot of 500 errors overnight too. The API requests will sometimes come back ok, but not consistently. Seems to be getting more unstable lately.

Plus sometimes, when fetching a page of customers/contacts I receive an incomplete JSON string which can't be parsed. This isn't consistent, happens on random pages, different pages each time:

I've been getting intermittent 500 errors on API requests this morning.

We are still getting the same error randomly and its affecting our production system.

Can you please provide and ETA when this will be fixed?

The issue is intermittent and we are tracking it closely. The api at the moment is stable and you guys would not be getting those 500s for now. Please leave a message here if its not the case for any one of you.
