Thanks Alantod17 for raising this issue. To piggy back off this thread, we are encountering the exact same issue.

What seems to be the issue based on our testing is that the error is caused when the If-Modified-Since header is supplied with the request. When omitted, data seems to be returned OK. We have confirmed that we are using the correct syntax for the header, so that is not the problem.

Are we able to get an ETA on when this might be addressed? It's obviously not ideal to have to query the whole data set for each endpoint which it's looking like we might have to do until the issue is resolved.
Hi

Thanks for the reply. Just FYI this error is only happens to one of our client start from 3rd May. Any idea how long the patch will take?

Hi Alantod17,

We have found a fix for the issue which might be helpful to you or anybody else reading that is encountering the same problem.

Instead of using the header 'If-Modified-Since', we are instead using a parameter filter 'DateModified=ge(<Date>)' so for example 'DateModified=ge(2021-05-01)'.

A full call for example that you can try would look like the below:
https://melrayelectric.simprosuite.com/ ... 021-05-05)

Make sure you're omitting the If-Modified-Since header or it will still error.

This approach seems to work similar to using the header, however seems less flexible in terms of being able to supply a time as well. It's providing a bit of a work around for us in the meantime so we can still call the API's we need where the parameter is available.

Hope this helps while the SimPRO team work on a fix, all the best.

Thanks for the info Andy. unfortunately our client requires a frequent data update from SimPro with a large aoumnt of data change during a single day. we was using the DateModified flag and switched to If-Modified-Since header in order to only get data changed in last 90 mins. Strange thing is that it is only happens for one of our client and rest of them are sync data back fine with the same header.
