BI Reporting - Custom Dashboard Filter Lists

Forum rules

BI Reporting - Custom Dashboard Filter Lists

I have a requirement to provide a custom list of values in a Dashboard filter.

For example, the user needs to click on the filter and see, 'Luke', 'Yoda' and 'Obi-wan' in the list. In the native query, the filter may refer to a manager or sales person in simpro_quotes. The simpro_quotes table may have many other sales people and managers, but the user only wants to see one of the 3 Jedis above in the filter list.

Is there a way to do this? Or a tricky workaround like using a dummy visualisation on the dashboard. (I've tried a few variants of this.)
