Hello Brad,

Client name is the subdomain of your build URL. If you have an Australian sandbox account with build URL enterprise-sandbox-au.simprosuite.com, then <client> is enterprise-sandbox-au

Hi Muqeet, thanks for the reply. Am I able to access a live account using the sandbox?

Sandbox accounts are for sandbox builds. To access live build, you will need to create an api application account in your build.
