Hi guys,
Just so I know I'm not going crazy have you changed the invoice payment link to be encrypted? It used to be in this format:
Code: Select all
http://xxxxxxxxx.simprosuite.com/payment/payment.php?InvoiceID[]=27375
but now it's in this format
Code: Select all
https://xxxxxxxxxxxx.simprosuite.com/payment/payment.php?eKb5f+VWhkg95p2XV+dvTgodmUaQkLOSxPgaLqGMV+KUTdCfIoRxAlvnIiGIQGDggz4XlRRgzO0TgCDLjdrMWg==
A real shame if you have as it means we can no longer have our own generated 'Pay Now' link we have to direct users to the one in the pdf.
Cheers
Michelle

Hi Michelle,
Yes we have, a number of our users complain about the fact you can put any invoice id in and see how much it is worth. You can still generate a link but it also need to include the amount of the invoice.
For example if you issue invoice number 564 for $1054.69 inc tax the link would need to be:
http://xxxxxxxxx.simprosuite.com/paymen ... nt=1054.69
So long as both the invoice number and amount match it will allow you to pay it.

I was very excited about the update but unfortunately, that link doesn't work for us. Is there something we're missing? We've tried a few different changes but none will take us straight to the payment.

Hi Michelle,
That invoice, 27557, is a credit on that build which is why it won't work.

Hi Vaughan that was just a bad example it happens on any invoice. The build I am currently working with has an invoice 27528 with an amount of 1581.58. If I enter that at the Invoice Payment page I get through to pay it's just the link that won't get me there. I've tried a few. Does it work at your end?
