API Internal Server Error

Hi.

We have an application that's been working for about 5 years. This app uses your old version of the API: http://api.simpro.co/index.html. Without any changes to our application the EmployeeInsert endpoint started returning InternalServerError (500). I am working with this instance: https://enterprise-sandbox-nz.simprosuite.com/api/. Has there been any change to the API? I am including a sample request json body that we are sending:

Adding to this...when running the request from our program I always get 500 internal server error. If I send the same request from Postman I sometimes get 500 Internal Server Error and sometimes I get 401 Unauthorized:

We can see there is an issue on our end. We will address the issue in an upcoming release. Your reference ticket is SIM-23463

Hi Vaughn, thanks for your response. When is your next release planned for? And where can I track the ticket using the reference number you shared?

We do releases every fortnight, however the fix needs to first go through our standard QA process so will only be assigned a release once this has happened.

If you are after an update just post to this thread and we can check the ticket for you.
